You can adapt this message without disclosing sensitive details:
Hello, I would like to learn about becoming Catholic or returning to the Church. Who should I contact, and when would be a good time to speak?
Ask about accessibility, language, childcare, or your work schedule if relevant. Do not email sacramental documents or detailed personal histories unless the recipient has explained a secure process.
2. Follow up if needed
If you do not hear back, call the parish office during its published hours, or contact the diocese for another option. A lack of response does not determine your place in the Church.
